These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of design services provided by Slatify (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a package or submitting a project request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Slatify provides fixed-scope logo and brand identity design services as described in the selected package at the time of purchase.
Each package clearly defines:
Number of logo concepts
Number of revision rounds
Deliverables included
Delivery timeline
Any work outside the defined package scope may require additional fees and written agreement.
2. Project Initiation & Timeline
Project timelines begin only after:
Full payment is received, and
The required onboarding brief is completed.
Delivery timelines refer to business days only.
If feedback is delayed, incomplete, fragmented, or significantly changes the project direction, timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
Slatify is not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information in the brief
Ensure they have rights to any names, taglines, or materials shared
Provide consolidated, clear feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Slatify is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Revisions & Approval
Each package includes a fixed number of structured revision rounds.
A revision round includes refinements to the selected concept only.
Requests for:
New concepts beyond those included
Direction changes after approval
Scope expansion
may require additional fees.
A project is considered approved once:
The client confirms final approval in writing, or
The final files are delivered and used commercially.
5. Refund Policy
If, after delivery of the agreed concepts and completion of the included revision rounds, the client and Slatify are unable to align on a final direction, the client may request a 50% refund of the total project fee.
Refunds are not applicable if:
The client becomes unresponsive
The client fails to provide structured feedback
The project scope is expanded beyond the selected package
Final files have been approved and delivered
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of final concept delivery.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All concepts and design materials remain the intellectual property of Slatify until full payment is received.
Upon full payment:
The client receives exclusive commercial usage rights to the approved final logo.
Unused concepts remain the property of Slatify.
Slatify confirms that all designs are created originally for the client and are not knowingly copied from existing works.
7. Trademark & Legal Disclaimer
Slatify does not conduct formal trademark searches.
While all work is created originally, we do not guarantee:
Trademark availability
Registration approval
Absence of similar existing marks
Clients are solely responsible for conducting trademark searches and obtaining legal advice before trademark registration.
Slatify shall not be held liable for trademark conflicts or legal disputes arising after project completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Slatify’s total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
Slatify shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Trademark registration refusal
Third-party legal claims
9. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD.
If payment is made in another currency, the final charged amount may vary depending on exchange rates and payment provider fees.
Full payment is required before project work begins.
10. Termination
Slatify reserves the right to terminate a project if:
Communication becomes abusive or unprofessional
The client violates these Terms
Payment disputes arise
In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined based on work completed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [India, Gujarat].
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of that location.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a project request, making payment, or proceeding with services, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
